




Main Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment area, assisting team members with material and equipment needs in order to achieve the goals established by the department. Advise, coordinate, measure, maintain and evaluate the integrated management system for SSOMA, ensuring proper compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:* Advise and provide administrative support to department members, informing them of company processes to meet their requirements. * Attend to internal clients regarding processing permits and/or authorizations related to SSOMA topics. Verify compliance with SSOMA requirements for third-party access. * Manage the department's statistical information, as well as keep updated and manage safety reporting and management systems (including incidents), both required by Catalina Huanca (ZYGHT) and corporate departments (INTELEX, SPHERA, others), to ensure effective management of proactive safety indicators and incident investigations. * Timely manage reports and alerts from vehicle monitoring systems (GPS - Mix Telematics) and driving behavior management (Fatigue and drowsiness monitoring - Mix Visio). * Monitor compliance with the annual program (training, inspections, drills, among others). * Organize and update physical and digital documentation of the department so documents can be accurately and quickly located. * Organize and update information generated from internal, external and governmental regulatory body audits. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and machinery assigned to the department. Maintain control of PPE used in the area according to needs. * Issue internal SSOMA management reports, legal and corporate requirements according to established frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual). * Review internal procedures for generating warehouse vouchers, purchase orders or service orders, and follow up on payment processes for services and departmental requirements. * Keep the document platform folders of the integrated management system updated to ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards - SSOMA IMS. * Provide guidance to area managers and contractor companies regarding compliance, maintenance and continuous improvement of the SSOMA IMS. * Monitor and track compliance with objectives, targets and programs of the SSOMA IMS. * Ensure that departments and contractor companies have evidence of compliance with the documentary requirements of the SSOMA IMS (e.g., policy dissemination, process mapping, baseline IPERC, manuals, standards, procedures, instructions, among others). * Manage the appointment of coordinators/responsible persons for the SSOMA IMS across various departments and contractor companies. Hold monthly meetings to measure and evaluate progress. * Manage the execution of internal and external audit plans, ensuring compliance, progress and improvements in the SSOMA IMS. * Coordinate with certification bodies the performance of recertification audits and follow-up on implemented management systems. * Manage SAPs (potential nonconformities) and SACs (nonconformities) immediately after audits are completed, and follow up until closure. * Issue compliance and progress reports on SSOMA IMS management. * Communicate any incident occurring in the work area following established procedures. Key Relationships and Department Overview: Requirements* 1 to 3 years of experience in underground mines as a Safety Administrative Assistant * Education: Technical or University degree in Safety, Risk Prevention, Environmental studies or related fields * Ability to work in an atypical shift schedule (14X7) * Knowledge of integrated management systems. * Lead auditor in ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems * Proficiency in database and data processing software.
