




**Job Description** We are seeking a responsible, analytical **Assistant for Guides and Distribution** with solid knowledge in **food safety, GMP, and quality management**. The role aims to **ensure efficient, safe, and documented logistics management**, guaranteeing that the supply process to sales points is executed under the highest standards of **traceability, food safety, and regulatory compliance**. The employee will be a key link between **production, warehouse, and distribution**, ensuring information accuracy, product integrity, and compliance with **HACCP, Codex Alimentarius, and ISO 22000** management systems. **Main Responsibilities** * **Plan product supply to different sales points** based on store requirements and system data analysis. * **Prepare, register, and verify shipping documents (referral guides)**, ensuring **documentary consistency between dispatched goods and products actually shipped**. * Supervise **truck loading**, verifying quantities, conditions, and compliance with quality standards. * Act as a **quality and food safety control checkpoint**, preventing the shipment of defective, mislabeled, or out-of-specification products. * Coordinate with **production, warehouse, and transportation teams** to ensure an efficient logistics flow. * **Prepare periodic reports** on product movement, incidents, returns, and delivery compliance, providing support for logistics and quality management. **Working Hours** * **Rotating shifts**: day and night, according to operational scheduling. *(Availability to adapt to the distribution area's requirements.)* **Requirements** * **Graduate, bachelor, or technical degree** in **Food Industry Engineering**, **Food Technology**, **Food Processing**, **Food Quality Control**, **Food Production Management**, or other technical careers related to the sector. * Minimum of **6 months of experience** in logistics, distribution, or quality control within the food industry. * Solid knowledge of **GMP, HACCP, Codex Alimentarius, and ISO 22000**. * Knowledge of **traceability, document control, and referral guides**. * **Basic Office skills** (Excel, Word). * ERP system experience (desirable). * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under food safety and quality standards. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a leading food company in Cajamarca. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Continuous training in **quality management, food safety, and food logistics**. * Pleasant work environment and corporate benefits.
