Fortex Inversiones, a private fund that brings individuals closer to safe, clear investment opportunities with a growth vision. **Objective:** Provide support in human talent management processes, actively participating in searching, selecting, onboarding and accompanying personnel, as well as organizing internal activities. Your work will contribute to maintaining a positive work environment, strengthening the organizational culture and supporting the achievement of departmental objectives. **Requirements** * Graduates or final-cycle students in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in talent management or similar positions. * Knowledge in recruitment and selection, basic knowledge of psychometric tests, and familiarity with recruitment platforms (Pandapé, Indeed, etc.). * Experience in the real estate sector will be valued. * Intermediate level in Excel, Word, and collaborative tools such as Google Drive. * Effective communication skills, organization, proactivity, and willingness to learn. **Functions**: * Assist in recruitment and selection processes for operational positions, suppliers, middle and senior management. * Support the evaluation of applicants for vehicle financing credits. * Participate in induction, onboarding, and follow-up processes for new talents and employees in general. * Assist in improving the company's work climate by implementing programs and policies that promote a positive and productive work culture. * Support performance evaluations and preparation of reports for general management. * Participate in analyzing and improving human resources processes through innovative strategies, use of AI, HEADHUNTING, among others. * Carry out other related or complementary tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor within the scope of responsibilities and department development. **Working Conditions:** * Type of contract: Initial period under Service Invoice, with transition to full payroll after 3 to 6 months corresponding to the adaptation period. * Validation of internships if required. * Modality: Semi-presential (4 days on-site and 2 days virtual, with flexibility to attend on-site according to requirements). * Initial salary: S/.1250 * Working hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
