**BAKERY ASSISTANT (WITH EXPERIENCE) MAGDALENA BRANCH** We are looking for an experienced Bakery Assistant to join our team. ***Responsibilities:*** Assist the Chef and organize the preparation of a variety of bakery products according to different recipes accurately. Keep the bakery area and utensils clean to comply with hygiene standards. Prepare, assemble desserts and/or other bakery and pastry products according to quality standards and recipes. Follow established company procedures and apply MISE EN PLACE (Order and Cleanliness). Decorate products according to recipe or instructions. Properly carry out waste collection processes. Prepare and bake doughs. ***Requirements:*** Valid DNI Reside in districts adjacent to MAGDALENA Technical degree or higher studies in baking, gastronomy, or pastry (ESSENTIAL) Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in bakery. Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Efficiency in production timing. Responsibility and punctuality.
