For more information, visit: www.digitalbricks.com.pe **Job Description** **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** Architect, Civil Engineer or related field with specialization in BIM methodology. * **Experience:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in linear infrastructure projects and at least 3 years managing BIM models. + Experience in interdisciplinary coordination and PMO management with a focus on Lean Construction or VDC (desirable). **Responsibilities** * **Coordination of Disciplines:** Ensure effective integration of models from all disciplines, leading review sessions and resolving interferences. * **Supervision of BIM Execution Plan (BEP):** Ensure that the BEP aligns with PMO objectives and that defined standards, levels of detail (LOD), and deadlines are met. * **Delivery and Data Management:** Control the generation and quality of BIM deliverables, ensuring traceability, consistency, and accuracy of information for decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. * **Quality Control and Monitoring:** Implement periodic model reviews to ensure compliance with hospital regulations and technical documentation guidelines. * **Facilitation of Collaboration:** Promote communication among all stakeholders through collaborative platforms, encouraging informed and efficient decision-making. * **Progressive Updates:** Verify that the Contractor progressively updates the BIM model during design and construction phases, incorporating approved and executed changes. * **As\-Built BIM Model:** Validate the *As\-Built* BIM model (as constructed), ensuring its conformity with built conditions and suitability for future use in operation, maintenance, and asset management stages. * **Supervision of 4D and 5D Models:** Supervise the use and updating of BIM models, verifying their integration with scheduling (4D) and cost (5D), and their utility in supporting control, coordination, and decision-making. * **BIM\-GIS Interoperability:** Supervise and monitor interoperability between GIS and BIM systems, ensuring consistency of exchanged information and proper integration according to project guidelines. **Requirements** * **Technical Knowledge:** + Proficiency in BIM software: Revizto, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Synchro. + Detection and resolution of interferences. + Knowledge of technical standards and hospital infrastructure regulations. + Development of BIM Execution Plans (BEP). **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and teamwork skills. * Effective communication abilities. * Problem-solving and critical thinking. * Organization and attention to detail. **Additional Information** We offer you: * An international, young, and dynamic environment. * A constant environment of innovation and creativity, daily action. * Great opportunities for career development. * Ongoing training in technological topics relevant to the industry
