Position Summary: This role involves organizing, directing, and supervising the capture and quality control of cadastral data, ensuring compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of cadastral field activities 2. Quality control of alphanumeric and cartographic data 3. Monitoring and assurance of quality standards in the field ***GENERAL FUNCTIONS:*** * Organize and schedule field activities in coordination with the Field Coordinator and Cadastral Supervisor. * Continuously organize, direct, and supervise the capture of alphanumeric and cartographic data contained in cadastral forms, records, and maps by cadastral technicians assigned under this position. * Prepare necessary information for delivery to cadastral technicians conducting cadastral surveys and/or updates. * Supervise the proper use of supplies, tools, equipment (tablet, distance meter, tape measure, etc.), and required mobile applications for field surveys. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of assigned cadastral technicians to ensure compliance with field activity quality standards. * Perform initial quality control on cadastral records generated from field survey activities conducted by assigned cadastral technicians. * Report completed and validated cadastral blocks to the Cadastral Supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of documented professional experience in the public and/or private sector, counted from graduation. * Minimum 1 year of documented experience coordinating or supervising urban cadastral activities in public or private entities. * Possession of a personal laptop computer for performing assigned tasks. * Availability to work in Lima’s Cercado district on a fee-for-service basis. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geography, or related fields. * Training course in urban cadastral surveying, cadastral information collection, cadastral information maintenance, cadastral processes, or computer-aided design (CAD), or related fields.
