**Join our team as a CNC Programmer/Operator at a leading company in the plastic industry!** **Position objective:** Program and operate CNC machines to transform materials such as steel and aluminum into high-precision components, ensuring quality in each part. **What we are looking for:** * **Education:** Technician or university degree in **Production Mechanics, Industrial Mechatronics, or Tool and Die Making.** * **Experience:** More than 2 years operating CNC machines (milling machines, lathes, laser cutters), especially in tool and die making and plastic molds. * **Technical skills:** * Proficiency in CNC machining centers and lathes * Programming and operation of CNC controls (HAAS). * Knowledge of materials such as steel and aluminum * Ability to interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances. **Main responsibilities:** * Program and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, and laser cutting). * Manufacture high-precision components for plastic molds. * Supervise processes and ensure quality control. * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. * Optimize processes to improve productivity. * Handle and master measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, depth gauge) **We offer:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday on rotating 12-hour shifts. * **Competitive salary** \+ overtime pay * General regime payroll with all legal benefits * Opportunity for professional growth in a leading company in the plastic industry. * Renewable contract **Location:** Independencia, Lima \- Peru..
