




**We are looking for a COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT!** A solid company in the commercial sector is looking for a **Collections Assistant** to join our team. **Location:** Callao **Work mode:** Hybrid **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Main responsibilities:** * Timely collection of customer invoices and debts. * Prepare accounts receivable reports, ratios, and credit lines. * Manage collections (emails, calls, sending letters). * Administer promissory notes, renewals, and bank reconciliations. * Record transactions in the system. * Prepare monthly closing reports. * Evaluate credit applications for order approval. **Requirements:** * University or technical graduate in Administration or Accounting. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Proficient in Office.
