**Academic Background** * Professional in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Quality, or related fields. * Specialization or diplomas in **Integrated Management Systems** (Quality, Environment, OHS, Anti-bribery, Social Responsibility). * Desired studies in **Continuous Improvement / Process Management**. **Experience** * **3 to 5 years** of experience leading or coordinating management systems under ISO standards. * Experience managing **certification and recertification processes**. * Participation in internal audits of management systems. * Proficiency with **management indicators** and dashboards.
