We are currently looking for a: **Critical Incident Manager** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Desired experience in the mining and/or technology sector. * Solid knowledge of information technology. * Completion of ITIL courses or certification. * Knowledge in managing documentation for the Critical Incident process. * Availability to work remotely. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and coordinate responses to incidents affecting service operations within the organization. * Minimize business impact and ensure prompt problem resolution. Responsible for managing communication and problem resolution, as well as possessing in-depth knowledge of the company's technological systems and processes. * Maintain internal and external communications between end users and service personnel. * Evaluate and classify incidents, determining their priority based on impact and urgency. * Perform hierarchical and/or functional escalations when required for complex incidents, and ensure proper documentation in established systems, enabling access to all relevant records for accurate traceability of actions taken throughout the incident.
