**Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sectorist or Customer Service at a customs agency. * Knowledge of special agreements, Amazon region law, free trade agreements (TLC). * Thorough understanding of regimes 10, 40, temporary regimes, and advance clearances. * SINTAD system. **Activities to perform:** * Review received documentation to verify the absence of errors or omissions. * Open orders in SINTAD and assign them to the corresponding liquidator for numbering. * Send daily shipment status updates to clients and immediate supervisors. * Verify proformas received from the commercial department to prevent billing errors. * Monitor clients' shipments, taking into account deadlines for regime expirations, regularizations, bonds, and all necessary information to ensure successful clearance. * Forward files to the pickup department after coordinating reception schedules.
