





**Position Summary** **Location:** Lima – Av Venezuela **Time:** Full time **Reports to:** Maintenance Manager **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure the reliability of factory assets by providing technical support to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electrical & Automation (E\&A) systems, so they can consistently perform the purpose or function for which they were designed, increasing overall plant performance by achieving the goal of zero failures. **A day in the life of...** * Fixed asset planning: Ensure optimal execution of plant asset maintenance plans within established timelines. Execute according to engineering standards and maintenance fundamentals. * M\&I: Ensure high-performance operations by delivering asset maintenance according to Nestlé's strategy, using TPM \+ Digital as a multidisciplinary approach to maintain and improve fixed assets, supported by AMM for lifecycle management. * M\&I: Completion of assigned maintenance tasks during shift, including equipment repair, electric motor repair, electrical panel maintenance, assembly of electrical panels, installation/wiring of field sensors, execution of line improvements, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, creation of checklists, conducting inspections, filling out and signing machine logs, updating indicators, reporting completed work, preparing technical reports, proposing line improvements, and completing shift logs. * M\&I: Rapid fault diagnosis through troubleshooting using manuals, automation software (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk), and electrical schematics; this diagnosis must be documented in a technical report sent to the area specialist. Lead root cause analysis and follow-up on action plans. * Energy/Water/SHE Management: Ensure efficient and sustainable plant-level operations using 5S, aiming for optimal energy and water management, proper waste segregation, and adherence to SHE policies. Propose energy-saving improvements in the plant. * Safety: Understand and identify workplace risks, ensure personal safety and that of other colleagues, and apply safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents. **What will make you successful:** * Minimum 3 years of technical experience, preferably in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods industries as an electrician technician or instrumentation technician. * Technical diploma (electrical, electronics, mechatronics or similar). * Knowledge of industrial electricity, low-voltage electric motor maintenance, and medium- and low-voltage electrical panel maintenance. * Proficiency with Allen Bradley Studio 5000 automation software and knowledge of Kinetix servo drives. * Fault diagnosis using automation software. * Configuration of Power Flex drives. * Preferably familiar with TPM Planned Maintenance (MP). * Active participation in engineering projects, process optimization, or continuous improvement as part of a multidisciplinary team (preferably involving different products and technologies). * Self-management for tracking KPIs and defined objectives. * Planning of preventive maintenance and/or execution of maintenance activities. * Preparation of maintenance plans and support in procurement of technical equipment. * Participation in commissioning of technical equipment and/or production lines. * Technical-level English proficiency.
