Position Profile We are looking for young technicians passionate about electronics, eager to learn, and willing to grow within a fascinating and constantly evolving industry. Ideal for graduates in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Industrial Electronics, or former mariners with technical orientation and service vocation. Requirements * Age: 20 to 25 years * Reside near Callao or surrounding areas * Proactive, organized, punctual, and responsible * Ability to work in teams and under pressure * Availability to travel to ports and vessels Knowledge in: * Intermediate Excel and office software * Basic English (technical reading) * Desirable: basic knowledge in electrical systems, instrumentation, or networks Main Responsibilities * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of onboard electronic equipment. * Participate in installations and calibrations of sonar, echosounder, and radar systems. * Perform measurements, diagnostics, and operational tests. * Provide technical support to onboard and workshop personnel. * Comply with industrial safety protocols and work regulations in port and at sea.
