**EQUIPMENT PLANNING SUPERVISOR** ========================================= Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is looking for the best talent for the position of: **EQUIPMENT PLANNING SUPERVISOR** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Plan and control equipment performance according to management procedures to ensure operational readiness. **Responsibilities and Duties** --------------------------------- * Monitor the processing of Equipment Purchase Requests generated in the asset and maintenance management system to ensure timely delivery of materials and spare parts. * Coordinate equipment reception and return conditions with project area and Central Office supervisors to verify compliance with applicable checklists. * Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services to maintain and ensure equipment operability. * Update information in the maintenance module of the SAE (Equipment Management System). * Prepare the Equipment Management Report together with the area supervisor to consolidate and report all management information. * Prepare the Equipment Management Operational Result (RO) with the project site and Central Office area supervisors for cost control purposes. * Coordinate and supervise the execution of maintenance service contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with established terms. * Prepare and analyze equipment and activity-based cost reports according to procedure to record and control information. **Work Experience** ----------------------- * 4 years of experience in similar roles. **Basic Educational Background** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate level Excel skills * Specialization in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
