




**Responsibilities:** * Perform technical activities assigned by the company according to customer requirements * Meet general customer needs in installation, maintenance, and engineering. * Arrive at the designated location, date, and time with the necessary work tools to provide technical support to the assigned client. * Improve equipment availability levels by performing required maintenance tasks. * Continuous preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Installation of equipment, networks, and/or spare parts. * Comply with response and repair times according to service level agreements (SLA). * Minimize system and/or equipment downtime for the client and avoid contractually established penalties or fines. * Support and advise on technical processes related to the installation and maintenance of offered products. * Timely address customer requests in order to make appropriate operational decisions. * Ensure compliance with arrival times for scheduled activities and response times for assigned tasks. * Report any unsafe working conditions and fully comply with the company's safety procedures. * Use all assigned PPE for each maneuver or activity to be performed. Care for and maintain assigned PPE in proper condition. * **Specifications:** * In training as a technician or technologist, or professional in fields such as Electronics, Industrial Electricity, Mechanics, Civil Engineering, or related areas. * 3 to 4 years of experience \#LI\-LT2
