We are currently seeking a **FLEET ASSISTANT**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform document verification including: ownership card, circulation card, general MATPEL, SCTR; all documents remain at the unit. * Supervise that drivers conduct inspections, checklists, and cleaning of assigned vehicles before and after daily services. * Verify the condition in which vehicles arrive and are stored in the garage, in order to report their status and availability (in garage, on route, or on trip) within work groups. * Request and coordinate with service schedulers regarding units still in the field or heading to the garage, in order to locate, prepare, and position units according to the next day's schedule and prevent delays. * Provide instructions and recommendations to drivers before departure (promoting safe driving practices such as not speeding, following traffic rules, adjusting speed based on road conditions, etc.) to raise awareness and prevent accidents or police stops. * Manage workshop admissions for vehicles presenting mechanical failures or requiring preventive maintenance, coordinating with service schedulers to inform about vehicle availability and provide estimated repair or maintenance duration. * Provide support to drivers when requested by the route scheduler or when drivers encounter vehicle issues. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Technical degree in automotive mechanics, automotive maintenance, automotive electrical systems, or related fields. * **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in similar roles. **BENEFITS:** * MYPE payroll from day one. * Life insurance as per law. * SCTR. * Biweekly and timely payments.
