We are looking for talented professionals to fill the position of: FOREMAN Requirements * Graduate Technician or University degree in Civil Construction, or related fields. * Experience in earthmoving and civil works (minimum 3 years). * Basic knowledge in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment. * Leadership skills * Experience working with work crews and heavy equipment Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of personnel and heavy machinery (such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks) to ensure objectives are met. * Assign specific tasks to operators and workers. * Monitor the execution of tasks such as excavation, cutting, filling, leveling, etc. * Control and manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site.
