Fertilizantes, Urbanizadora Chillaco SAC, being our main clients. We are currently seeking general service workers to join our corporate team and participate in our projects. The following details the requirements and responsibilities for the position requested. **Requirements** · Must have completed technical or related studies (must provide study certificate). · Technical knowledge in civil works, specialties in plumbing, electricity, masonry, painting, locksmithing, Drywall. · Experience in high-risk work (heights, hot work, and electrical work). · Experience in scaffolding (assembly and disassembly of multidirectional scaffolds). · Experience operating elevated platforms Manlift (articulated, scissor). · Minimum one year of experience performing industrial work duties. · Availability to work full time during office hours (SANTA ANITA DISTRICT). · Provide criminal background document attached with a copy of the ID card (DNI). **Responsibilities** · Perform assigned general service tasks, such as electrical installations, sanitary installations, painting work, locksmithing, masonry work, equipment maintenance, assembly of structures or equipment, taking into account the company's safety procedures (PPE equipment) accordingly. · Ensure proper functioning of completed work. · Be trained for high-risk tasks (electrical, heights, and hot work). · Knowledge of safety protocols according to current standards. · Demonstrate adaptability and good problem-solving analysis on tasks. · Proactive attitude and personal motivation. **Schedule** · Monday to Saturday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) · 48 effective hours per week · Payment via professional service receipt.
