




The Administration and Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and supervising the financial, accounting, and administrative management of the agroindustrial company, ensuring efficient use of resources, economic sustainability, and compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. Their work will contribute to institutional strengthening, strategic decision-making, and business profitability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the company's financial, budgetary, and accounting planning. * Supervise administrative, logistics, human resources, and general services management. * Analyze financial statements and propose strategies to optimize profitability and liquidity. * Prepare and control operational and investment budgets. * Manage relationships with banking institutions, financial entities, and key suppliers. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and regulatory obligations. * Implement internal control policies and financial risk assessment. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Provide technical and financial support to senior management in strategic decision-making. * Promote continuous improvement in the company's administrative and financial processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial or financial leadership roles within the agroindustrial sector. * University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Solid knowledge in financial, accounting, tax, and budgetary management. * Proven experience in financial analysis, cost control, and cash flow management. * Leadership, planning, and results-oriented skills. * Ability to negotiate and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with managerial reporting.
