Valid medical license and RNE. Minimum of 3 years of experience (including medical residency). Exceptional communication skills and empathy to build strong relationships with patients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct medical consultations, providing diagnoses, recommendations, and treatment plans to patients. Establish meaningful connections with patients and adapt care to their individual needs. Collaborate with the medical and care team to ensure continuous and coordinated care.
