




Requirements: \- Graduate of Technical or University program in Accounting \- Minimum of 01 year of experience in payroll management, employee files, vacation control, attendance tracking, and permissions. \- Knowledge of PLAME and AFP NET \- Experience in calculating CTS, 5th category income tax, gratifications, and social benefits settlements. \- Knowledge of labor legislation \- Familiarity with T\-systems for attendance registration and control \- Basic knowledge in Human Resources administration \- Availability to work in Callao (6 blocks from Hospital Negreiros located in Tomas Valle) Functions: \- Carry out the monthly processing of salary and wage payroll. \- Perform PLAME and AFP NET filings. \- Calculate Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios (CTS) and gratifications. \- Manage and execute final settlements of social benefits, including severance pay and contract terminations. \- Administration of insurance policies (SCTR, VIDA LEY). \- Manage and update employee personnel files. \- Handle renewal and updating of employment contracts. \- Manage and maintain employee vacation records. \- Administer and record employee permissions, including leaves, special permits, and justified absences.
