We are Grupo J&R Serge, a service company dedicated to air conditioning, fire alarm, and electrical systems. We are looking for an **HVAC Specialist Supervisor** with a degree and more than 1 year of experience. **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and other air conditioning system works, guaranteeing technical quality, safety, and compliance with company deadlines and customer requirements. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the activities of the technical staff under supervision. * Coordinate and verify the correct installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems (VRF, Split, Chiller, Fan Coil, among others). * Monitor work execution according to safety and quality standards. * Conduct field technical inspections and issue progress or approval reports. * Identify system failures and propose efficient technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with service schedules and technical specifications. * Train and provide technical support to operational staff when necessary. * Represent the company before the client during inspections or technical meetings related to the service. **Job Requirements:** **\- Education:** Technician or Professional in Refrigeration Mechanics, Air Conditioning, or related fields. **\- Experience:** Installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of VRF, Split, Chiller, and mechanical ventilation systems. Reading and interpretation of mechanical and electrical blueprints. Handling of measurement instruments and refrigeration tools. **\- Competencies:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, results orientation, problem-solving, and teamwork.
