Be part of a company with an empowering work environment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Professionals: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Current professional license and registration. * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Engineer in the execution of large-scale projects such as hotels, corporate buildings, shopping centers, or similar constructions, specifically involving electrical installations. * Experience in design or review tasks related to detailed Basic Engineering in electrical systems. * Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, S10 budgeting software, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in San Isidro. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, monitor, and coordinate the execution of electrical installations. * Make operational decisions regarding changes in working conditions aimed at maximizing the performance of electrical installation activities. * Ensure safety during the execution of electrical installations, as well as the safety of personnel working on them. * Submit daily reports to supervisors. * Prepare summarized daily reports by sector at the end of the project. * Coordinate with the quality department for the release of installations. * Monitor adherence to predetermined cost budgets for installations. * Ensure compliance with regulations related to the operation and safety of electrical installations. **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary in formal payroll with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation pay, social security, life insurance, family allowance). * EPS (Optional). * Opportunities for growth and development. * Profit sharing.
