With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Job Description:** Supervise the detailed engineering development of pumping systems, electrical systems, booster stations, and ventilation systems, ensuring technical, regulatory, and functional compliance of Instrumentation and Automation deliverables. Review drawings, calculation reports, simulations, and technical specifications. Contribute to construction process control, verify proper field execution, conduct inspections and quality tests, manage risks, and maintain documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise (review and validate) the detailed engineering development for pumping systems, electrical systems, booster stations, and ventilation systems, ensuring technical, regulatory, and functional compliance of Instrumentation and Automation deliverables. * Review and validate drawings and documents such as calculation reports, studies, simulations, technical specifications, and applicable standards from the Instrumentation and Automation disciplines. * Contribute to the management and control of construction processes within the Construction Management team. * Ensure all works comply with technical specifications and criteria defined in the detailed engineering for each project component. * Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of executed work and ensure compliance with established quality and safety standards. * Maintain records and documentation of construction activities, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory authority requirements. * Manage construction-related risks by identifying, assessing, and implementing mitigation measures. * Coordinate with project-involved disciplines and departments as part of the engineering supervision team, ensuring compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and established objectives. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (licensed). * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in similar roles. * Desirable experience in mining. * Experience performing calculations and simulations for electrical instruments. * Knowledge of underground mining. * Preferably residing in Lima or nearby southern regions of the country. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Availability to work on-site: Puno, Peru, on rotating shifts and atypical 14x7 schedules.
