Indexum is looking for a Field Supervision Engineer **Requirements:** * Graduate, registered and licensed in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Mechanical-Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising electrical projects, with involvement in manufacturing, testing and installation processes of electrical systems. **Knowledge:** * Design, integration and validation of control, protection, auxiliary services and telecommunications electrical panels, as well as associated equipment. * Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, EPLAN and MS Office (intermediate to advanced level). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the proper execution of technical processes in workshop and field, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications and applicable standards. * Coordinate the review and validation of engineering deliverables (diagrams, calculation reports, electrical drawings, signal lists, etc.). * Control the quality of electrical equipment during manufacturing and installation phases, raising observations and ensuring their timely resolution. * Witness and validate equipment and system tests in workshop (FAT, ICI) and on site (SAT), ensuring proper documentation of results. * Perform and/or supervise tests using OMICRON test sets or other applicable testing equipment. * Coordinate the installation, wiring and integration of electrical systems on site, up to commissioning. * Manage material inventory in workshop and field, verifying quantities, conditions and availability. * Generate requests for additional materials in case of shortages and prepare surplus material lists upon service completion. * Efficiently manage assigned resources throughout all activities. * Prepare technical reports, progress reports (S-Curve), photo panels and daily work logs. * Track project documentation to meet objectives and analyze performance indicators (KPIs). * Plan activities and provide technical support according to the baseline schedule. * Represent the project technically in meetings with clients, suppliers and internal departments. * Lead and coordinate technical personnel in workshop and field, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards. * Develop technical procedures, ATS and safety documentation. * Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, environmental and quality standards throughout all service stages.
