The BD Capital group, composed of a fund-of-funds management company (investment and mutual funds) and a securitization company, is seeking top talent to lead Integrated Risk Management. Position objective: The Corporate Management of Integrated Risk Management is responsible for defining and implementing policies and procedures for the comprehensive risk management of the group. Its objective is to ensure compliance with the risk appetite approved by the Board of Directors for the organization's integrated risk management, covering operational risk, business continuity risk, information security risk, market risk, and liquidity risk of BD Capital. Main responsibilities ▪ Ensure compliance with SMV regulations on integrated risk management, including operational risk, business continuity, information security, and other related topics. ▪ Propose and justify to the Board of Directors the organization's risk appetite and risk capacity. ▪ Strengthen and monitor the Integrated Risk Management of the entities comprising the BD Capital group. ▪ Propose process optimization initiatives and facilitate the implementation of operational improvements. ▪ Ensure compliance with all business continuity tests and propose improvements. ▪ Responsible for compliance and monitoring of the Company's Information Security System. ▪ Maintain the record and tracking of loss events of the management company. ▪ Identify risks and propose mitigation measures with responsible users. ▪ Responsible for implementing risk and management indicators. ▪ Update and maintain the entity's Risk Matrix. ▪ Develop procedures, policies, manuals, and ensure their updating according to international standards. ▪ Lead coordination of mandatory annual training. ▪ Ensure that all operational processes in the area required to comply with regulations are executed timely and properly. **Requirements:** ▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ▪ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in control areas as second line of defense in corporate companies and/or business groups with strong corporate governance practices. ▪ Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ▪ Intermediate level of English.
