We are looking for a **creative, detail-oriented professional with strategic vision**, capable of combining design, functionality, and efficient space management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design modern office and coworking spaces, from conceptual ideas to final proposals. * Develop floor plans, renders, and visual project presentations. * Propose innovative and functional solutions that optimize space utilization. * Select materials, furniture, and finishes aligned with brand identity. * Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to define proposals and quotations. * Present progress updates and proposals to the management team. **Requirements:** * Degree or bachelor's degree in Architecture with **experience in corporate interior design or coworking spaces.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or other design tools.** * Experience in concept development, rendering, and finish selection. * Desirable experience in implementing modern offices or corporate renovations. * **Visual portfolio** featuring similar projects (mandatory requirement). * Immediate availability and **hybrid work mode (home office \+ 3 days on-site per week for specific meetings).** * **Availability to work under service invoice (RXH).** **Project Conditions:** * Contract **on a project basis.** * **Compensation: S/ 1200 – S/ 1500** depending on experience and results. * Flexible and collaborative work environment. * Certificate of participation upon project completion. * Potential continuation in future projects.
