At Quinoa, a pioneer company in the healthy food market, we are looking for a kitchen assistant to perform the following duties: 1\. Properly prepare dishes according to established standards 2\. Assist in receiving orders, ensuring correct rotation and storage. 3\. Execute Mise & Place in the area, controlling and ensuring product quality and set standards. 4\. Immediately inform the head chef if any products are missing or need to be discarded. 5\. Clean and keep the work area organized before, during, and after service. 6\. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in good condition through proper cleaning and maintenance. 7\. Help preserve raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 8\. Know how to properly handle and complete required forms and production records. We are seeking a proactive individual who can work well in a team and is interested in building a long-term career.
