**REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate or degree holder in Electronic Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Possess soft skills required for the role (critical thinking, commitment, teamwork, continuous learning, adaptability to change, organization and planning, initiative and proactivity, assertive communication, customer orientation, and leadership). **GENERAL FUNCTION:** * Supervise commissioning, installation, maintenance, and repair of solutions across various projects. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Provide on-site support for assigned clients. * Manage technical assistance during installations, startups, and preventive maintenance. * Handle assigned work orders and prepare technical reports for solutions and equipment (containers). * Conduct failure analysis together with supervision, if necessary. * Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests. * Comply with company safety regulations. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00. **BENEFITS:** * Benefits according to law * EPS health insurance * Training opportunities Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: Onsite
