We are currently looking for a JUNIOR LAWYER with proven experience of having worked in a Notary for at least two years. Essential requirements include knowledge in: * Property transfers, title examination and review of notarial documents, municipal transfer tax, income tax, SISGEN consultation, unusual and suspicious transactions, annex format 05 customer knowledge sworn declaration, etc. * Establishment of mortgages, debt purchase. * Mortgage release. * Creation of movable guarantees. * Release of movable guarantees.
