**REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and active lawyer. * Previous experience of one year in property title research. * Experience in notarial and legal procedures. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Goal-oriented individual. * **Availability to work** in **San Isidro** from **Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 9am to 1pm** * **50% field work.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily monitoring of judicial proceedings in which the company is a plaintiff or defendant. * Draft complaints, legal writings, appeals, and other procedural documents under the supervision of the legal department. * Attend hearings, legal proceedings, and judicial actions, representing the company when delegated. * Coordinate with external law firms and process agents on procedural strategies for assigned cases. * Update the internal system or database with progress on judicial processes. * Review and organize judicial and administrative files. * Assist in preparing legal reports on the status of ongoing proceedings. * Process notifications, notarial letters, and documents before public and private entities. * Support the collection of documentation and evidence for judicial proceedings or legal audits. * Provide support to the Collections department on matters related to judicial and extrajudicial recovery. * Coordinate with Commercial, Risk, and Administration departments to address legal requirements. * Comply with and promote adherence to applicable labor, civil, financial, and corporate regulations. * Maintain physical and digital records for each judicial and/or arbitration file. * Perform other related duties assigned by immediate supervisors. **BENEFITS:** * Enrollment in Mype payroll from day one. * Market-competitive salary. * Career development path.
