At Clínica Dental La Merced, we are looking for a passionate and strategically minded Junior Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our presence in the healthcare sector. **Requirements:** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields. * Experience in marketing, ideally within the healthcare sector. * Knowledge of social media management, SEO, SEM, and design tools (Adobe or Canva). * Ability to analyze metrics and manage multiple projects. * Proactive, organized, and punctual profile. **Main responsibilities:** * Design and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain patients. * Manage social media accounts and develop promotional content. * Plan events and advertising campaigns. * Analyze the market and measure campaign impact. * Collaborate with the dental team to ensure clear and consistent messaging. **Schedule and location:** * Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Location: Ceres, ATE (Reference: 1 block away from R.P Puruchuco) **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * MYPE payroll starting month 4. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
