A growing company in the criollo food sector located in Surco requires a kitchen assistant with 6 months of experience. **Functions:** * Preparation of mise en place. * Washing vegetables and other products for preparation. * Assist in preparing menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Label products and constantly check inventory. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience. * Male or female. * Minimum education: Secondary School. * Age between 20 to 35 years. * Preference given to candidates living in Santiago de Surco or surrounding areas. * Health certificate (sanitary card). **Benefits:** * Basic salary above market rate: S/1300 soles. * Service invoice for the first 3 months, followed by PYME payroll. * No work on holidays or Sundays. * Lunch included. * Pleasant working environment. **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm.
