**What will be your mission?** Ensure the service level is met in last mile delivery, being indirectly responsible for the motorized staff. Manage route scheduling, compliance with SLAs and contracts, and the target delivery cost. **Your role:** Contribute to improving the service level by reducing response times, efficiently managing the delivery fleet, and achieving assigned objectives (KR).
