**POSITION: MAINTENANCE WORKER** **FUNCTIONS:** * Perform masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as required. * Maintain environments, equipment, and furniture according to established cleaning standards and supplies set by the department. * Clean and disinfect assigned work areas. * Organize tasks and prepare cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies according to the designated cleaning zone. * Participate in and promote the Integrated Management System's policies and documents applicable to the position. * Perform any other functions necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Flexibility and adaptability * Availability to work Monday through Saturday on fixed shifts. * Shifts: * 1st shift: 7am \- 4pm (Day off: Sunday) * 2nd shift: 9am \- 6pm (Day off: Saturday) **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment from the first day of work. * Access to EsSalud health insurance. * Payment for overtime hours. * Annual bonus (July and December). * CTS and severance pay upon termination. * Safe working environment.
