We are currently looking for the following position: **MAINTENANCE WORKER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical plumber / tiler / drywall installer / handyman * Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance worker. * Knowledge in plumbing, surface tiling, drywall systems, melamine, handyman skills. * Availability to work onsite in Santa Anita. (Preferably residing in nearby districts) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Complete installation of water and/or sewage systems. * Repair damaged pipes. * Solve sewerage issues. * Detect pipe leaks. * Tile designated areas. * Install drywall systems. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/.2000 * Santa Anita site: may be assigned to other sites as needed. * Working hours: Mon-Fri (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) / Sat (8:00 am to 1:00 pm). * Lunch will be provided when working at the site (Santa Anita – Clinica Higuereta or Pachacamac).
