Our operations combine modern exploration techniques with practical field execution, and we are seeking to incorporate high-level technical talent for our expanding projects. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Surveyor** with proven experience in mining projects. The professional will be responsible for creating **topographic and mining maps, 3D terrain models, and field surveys** that support exploration planning, pit design, and mining operations. The position is **100% field-based**, requiring precision, responsibility, and teamwork abilities with geologists and engineers. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **topographic and geodetic surveys** at mines, roads, and tailings areas. * Create **digital terrain models (DTM), contour lines, and pit plans** using GPS, drone, and total station data. * Collaborate with **geology and engineering teams** to update exploration maps and plans. * Maintain and calibrate **surveying equipment** (GPS, total station, drone). * Generate **accurate maps and plans** using AutoCAD and GIS systems. * Calculate **volumes and surface areas** of excavations or material piles. * Assist in **environmental and rehabilitation mapping** when required. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in **Surveying, Geomatics, or related fields**. * **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in mining surveying, exploration, or civil projects. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS/QGIS**, and **drone mapping software** (Pix4D, DroneDeploy, etc.). * Experience with **GPS and total station equipment** (Trimble, Leica, or others). * Availability for **fieldwork and frequent travel**. * Responsibility, accuracy, and teamwork skills. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Peruvian mining operations** (small or medium-scale mining). * Knowledge of **pit design and volume calculations**. * Drone operator **license or certification** (desirable). **Compensation** Competitive salary based on experience, between **S/ 3,000 and S/ 5,000 per month**, plus performance bonuses and field allowances.
