REQUIREMENTS Graduated in Nursing or Nursing Technician Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions FUNCTIONS 1. Provide primary healthcare to company workers. 2. Participate in the consolidation and recording of examinations conducted (pre-employment, periodic, and retirement), identifying individuals requiring specific recuperative health treatments. 3. Follow-up and scheduling of workers requiring re-evaluation due to prolonged medical leaves. 4. Report work-related accidents and incidents occurring during working hours to the physician, social services department, administration, coordination, and human resources department. 5. Participate in the planning, coordination, supervision, and follow-up of the company's preventive health programs. 6. Deliver preventive health talks to company personnel, particularly to workers showing signs of health risks. 7. Provide emergency care and nursing consultations requested by workers, as well as assist injured workers during evacuation to an Emergency Center. 8. Maintain an updated record of medicines, wound care supplies, and medical equipment. 9. Support the distribution and safeguard the records of pre-employment, periodic, and retirement medical examination results. 10. Keep the database of active personnel updated in coordination with administration, human resources, social assistant, and coordination. 11. Conduct training sessions promoting first aid procedures. 12. Periodically prepare reports and statistics on the completion of scheduled activities and other responsibilities within their scope. 13. Develop and carry out necessary activities according to their team's involvement in the Integrated Management System. 14. Monitor vaccinated and non-vaccinated personnel. 15. Carry out their processes and activities applying safety measures in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations - Supreme Decree No 009-2005-TR and its amendments, and ensure compliance when applicable, to protect worker safety and health. 16. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor. 17. The parties agree that, in addition to the functions established in this clause, THE WORKER will also perform the functions specified in the integrated selection process guidelines. 18.
