We are seeking a proactive Occupational Monitor with availability, responsible for the implementation, follow-up, and control of the company's Occupational Monitoring and OHS programs, aiming to identify, evaluate, and control occupational risks to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities and Functions:** * **Conduct and Coordinate Monitoring:** Plan, coordinate, and carry out monitoring of occupational agents (physical: noise, lighting, vibration, etc.; chemical: dusts, gases, vapors; biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial) according to the established program. * **Safety Inspections and Rounds:** Perform periodic inspections in work areas to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. * **Risk Management:** Collaborate in the development and updating of the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Matrix (HIRA) and propose control and mitigation measures. * **Incident Investigation:** Participate in the investigation of incidents, work-related accidents, and occupational diseases, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare detailed reports of conducted monitoring activities, as well as necessary documentation for the OHS management system. * **Training and Awareness:** Support in training and guiding personnel on OHS topics, proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and safe work procedures. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety. * **Emergency Response:** Be familiar with and participate in the execution of emergency response plans.
