




**JOB OPENING – PERSONAL ASSISTANT FOR ENTREPRENEUR/ARTIST** We are seeking an organized, proactive, and trustworthy individual to work as a **Personal Assistant to an entrepreneur/artist**, managing a dynamic schedule that includes performances, classes, cultural events, and business meetings. **Workplace:** On-site, Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and organize the daily agenda (rehearsals, performances, travel, interviews, classes). * Manage communications (calls, emails, social media). * Assist at events, recordings, and performances (logistics). * Support in preparing and transporting costumes and accessories. * Perform minor purchases and personal errands. * Coordinate with academies, event organizers, and artists. **Requirements:** * Experience as a personal assistant or in event organization. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Full-time availability. * Strong ability to optimize time management. * Basic knowledge of the artistic and cultural environment (affinity with Marinera dance is desirable). * Availability to adapt quickly to schedule changes. **We Offer:** * Dynamic work environment close to the world of art and dance. * Formal employment or payment via service invoice (negotiable). * Learning opportunities in time management and soft skills. * Market-competitive salary based on experience.
