We wish you great success throughout this process! **Portfolio Management Specialist** * Business Line: Products \& Digital Solutions * Unit: Payment Methods * Level: 6\.2 * Contract Type: Indefinite * CV submission deadline: October 26 **Mission:** Manage the portfolio of Savings Accounts (Free, Power, Super Account and Other Accounts), Deposits and FX by conducting analysis, reviewing benchmarks, generating initiatives, and monitoring predictive models that result in portfolio growth and retention. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferably with specialization in Marketing. * Knowledge of design thinking methodology and agile methodologies. * Course and/or specialization in customer experience. * Intermediate level of English and financial mathematics. * Advanced level in Office, SQL, Power BI. * At least 2 years of experience in Product roles or similar positions. **What challenges will you face?*** Propose and implement strategic initiatives that allow us to maintain and grow balances, aligned with market needs, system behavior, and customer cross-sell levels. * Develop and execute action plans to ensure proper functioning of products and related processes, focused on achieving business objectives and customer needs, in coordination with the Products team. * Propose and implement marketing campaigns and commercial actions to position products and meet targets. * Implement and propose strategic business projects, improvements, and tools aimed at transforming service, sales, and customer experience, in coordination with different business support areas, to increase acquisition and retention of balances/customers. * Redesign and ensure proper updating of strategic and tactical performance tracking reports, measuring results of the value proposition, to generate insights for evaluating performance and making appropriate decisions. * Monitor and coordinate with the Pricing team to ensure compliance and optimization of product indicators, aligned with business strategy and plans, ensuring sustained production and portfolio retention levels.
