**PREVENCIONISTA SSOMA \- ASIA** A leading company in the real estate sector with over 10 years of experience in building beach houses and apartments is seeking the following personnel: **SSOMA Prevention Specialist.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Guide and lead the implementation of the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System as required by current legislation, regulations, company directives, and established policies. · Comply with and enforce procedures, instructions, quality plans, and Integrated Management System records as defined by law, company requirements regarding Comprehensive Safety, and supervisory institutions. · Conduct unannounced inspections of various departments to verify proper use of safety equipment and compliance with regulations. · Maintain equipment and workplace in order, reporting any abnormalities. · Train staff on safety topics and surveillance plan protocols. · Request and distribute necessary safety tools and equipment for projects. · Supervise compliance with regulations and laws related to occupational risks among company personnel and third parties. · Propose and coordinate the implementation of existing safety actions and programs within the company. · Control processes necessary for continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, standards, and laws. · Prepare reports documenting corrective actions for different projects. · Investigate work-related accidents, determine their causes, and recommend corrective measures. · Evaluate occupational health issues within committees designated by the company. · Train operational, administrative staff, and partner companies, maintaining proper records. · Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports. · Comply with risk prevention standards. · Develop and disseminate ASTs, procedures, and safe work standards. · Participate in Occupational Safety and Hygiene Committees. **COMPETENCIES** · Quality and Continuous Improvement · Effective Communication. · Technical Credibility. · Effectiveness. · Strategic Thinking.
