"Mi Brevete Seguro" Driving School is seeking a Teacher to train and educate drivers on essential theoretical knowledge of traffic regulations, road safety, and driving techniques. **Functions:** * Deliver theoretical classes on traffic rules, national traffic regulations, road signage, and basic mechanics. * Prepare didactic materials and teaching resources to facilitate learning. * Evaluate and grade students in theoretical exams. * Provide guidance and resolve student questions on theoretical topics. * Ensure that the content taught complies with MTC regulations. * Assist in the administrative management of the School. **Requirements:** * Technical degree holder. * Class A1 driver's license. * Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at MTC-accredited driving schools. * Up-to-date knowledge of the National Traffic Regulations (RNT) and road safety. * Pedagogical skills and communication, leadership, and group management abilities. **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm * Payment by Honorarium Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site position
