





**ENGINEERING SERVICES SAC**, a pioneer in Comprehensive Safety Consulting, with more than 40 years of experience providing services to companies across various sectors in safety training and instruction, operational assessment of safety systems, and operational support for prevention and emergency response scenarios, is currently seeking a **PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN**. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!** **Main responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes assigned by requesting departments or business units: posting job openings, coordinating candidate interviews, resume and phone screening, scheduling technical evaluations, employment references, background checks, and other related activities. * Monitor selection processes through to hiring. * Ensure proper onboarding and welcome of new staff (sending onboarding documents, generating access credentials, issuing photo IDs, assigning equipment, among others). * Record participation and issued certificates from trainings and workshops. * Support workplace climate and employee well-being activities within the organization. * Process CTS deposits, EPS enrollments, track contract renewals, prepare and update personnel files, assign lockers, among others. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the Human Resources Department supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate of programs in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or other fields related to the area. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources performing duties similar to those described in this position. * One year of experience in mining projects (desirable). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel. * Training in human resources management is desirable. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Familiarity with performance indicators. **Competencies:** * Proactiveness * Initiative * Teamwork * Analytical skills * Effective communication **Working conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. * Internship agreement. * FOLA insurance. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Additional discounts and benefits.
