Optimization of scheduling and service efficiency Send your CV to **seleccionpm@perumasivo.net** and specify your salary expectations Send your CV to **seleccionpm@perumasivo.net** and specify your salary expectations ✅ Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in operational scheduling, especially in: * Bus and fleet scheduling. * Development of driver and operational staff schedules. * Management of shifts, rest periods, and working hours according to current regulations. * Specialization or proficiency in scheduling systems (PHP, Visual Basic, ERP, AppSheet). * Advanced Excel **(mandatory).** * Intermediate-level Power BI. * Availability to work on-site in Comas. (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-6 PM) \- Key Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate operational resources (buses and personnel) to ensure service delivery. * Plan shift rotations, rest periods, and work schedules, ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements. * Optimize scheduling to reduce incidents and improve service efficiency. * Analyze operational indicators and support achievement of departmental KPIs.
