





EDUCATION: Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Desirable: Degree in Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical-Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering. OTHER KNOWLEDGE * Supervision of civil construction works in electromechanical and sanitary specialties. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * AutoCAD. * ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems). * Reading of blueprints. * Materials used in electromechanical and sanitary installations in buildings. * Measuring equipment for electromechanical and sanitary installations in buildings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Adapt the company's construction procedures to the project and develop new ones if necessary. * Ensure that materials entering the site match approved brands and/or comply with technical specifications, have quality certificates, and warranty letters as applicable. * Coordinate with the Warehouse and Procurement departments the supply of calibration certificates for monitoring and measuring equipment, and maintain an updated record of this information. * Coordinate with the client the approval of procedures, material certificates, and monitoring and measuring equipment certificates within the scheduled time. * Conduct internal inspections prior to client approvals. * Release installed areas with the client through applicable tests for the specialties executed on site, recording results in the respective protocol. * Supervise that all site installations comply with drawings and technical specifications. * Maintain documentary control of transmittals, RFIs, submittals, data sheets, quality certificates, material warranty letters, quality meeting minutes, correspondence letters related to quality matters, etc. * Manage observations and non-conformities until their resolution. * Prepare internal Quality Reports and reports to the client/supervision. * Prepare the Quality Dossier.
