Main Responsibilities * Implement and supervise the Quality Assurance and Control Plan on site. * Verify the proper execution of construction processes at all project stages. * Coordinate with Production, Architecture, and Safety departments to ensure timely release of work packages. * Identify non-conformities, manage corrective actions, and prepare technical reports. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, client specifications, and internal standards. * Actively participate in internal and external quality audits. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in quality control for real estate construction projects (multi-family housing, condominiums, or similar). * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Peruvian Technical Standards (NTP), and ISO 9001. * Proficiency in construction monitoring and tracking software (S10, advanced Excel, AutoCAD). * Leadership, planning, and results-oriented skills. * Availability to work on projects located in the San Miguel district.
