1\. Maintain the cold room, freezing tunnel, boilers, elevators, electrical system, and machinery involved in the production and storage of products. 2\. Record in detail all repairs carried out. 3\. Daily monitoring of the cold room's proper temperature. 4\. Continuously coordinate with the Services Coordinator and Administrator departments. 5\. Properly manage and inventory the tools provided for job performance, handing them over in an orderly manner upon job transfer. 6\. Keep plant facilities 100% operational through daily checklist records. 7\. Supervise and issue reports on work performed by third parties. 8\. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly according to the task being performed. 9\. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations (RSST).
