We are **Olivia**, a company in the food and beverage industry currently undergoing expansion, therefore, we are looking for a talented individual to fill our vacancy of **Shift Supervisor**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * UPDATED RESUME \- PROFILE WILL BE EVALUATED. * Graduate or incomplete studies in Business Administration, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related fields (desirable). * 4 years of experience in customer service. * 2 years of proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar positions. * Knowledge in staff management. * Basic to intermediate level of Excel. * Availability to commute to our new location in San Isidro (if necessary). **SKILLS**: * Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. * Proactive, empathetic, and charismatic. * Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Properly open and/or close the restaurant, complying with all safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards required by management. * Report and receive information about any observations detected at the beginning of the shift. * Verify staff punctuality and proper appearance. * Check the correct operation of equipment and systems across different areas of the restaurant. * Greet guests personally or delegate this task to a team member. * Ensure that all areas are properly stocked. * Be available to assist in any area where support may be needed. * Verify that suppliers perform scheduled maintenance, and/or request unscheduled maintenance if necessary. * Check whether reservations for the day or the following day have special requirements to ensure they are met. * Retain customers by conducting brief surveys to ensure they are being properly served. * Ensure all team members under supervision fulfill their duties with order, cleanliness, and discipline. * Review cash register closing reports provided by cashiers. * Report all updates and submit sales reports when handing over the shift or at shift completion.
