Ideal candidate profile: * Technical or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Marketing or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector, construction or specialized technical products. * Knowledge of regulations, components and solutions in fire protection systems (valued). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Working conditions: * Onboarding from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Competitive remuneration: Base salary between S/.2,000.00 and S/.2,500.00, plus attractive sales commissions. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:30. * Work mode: On-site, with a focus on field sales. Main responsibilities: * Develop and expand a client portfolio in the industrial sector, including construction companies, engineering firms, contractors and specialized distributors. * Conduct technical and commercial visits, identifying business opportunities in infrastructure and safety projects. * Prepare and present customized technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and current regulations (NFPA, INDECI, etc.). * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, reporting progress and strategies. * Provide specialized technical advice on products such as valves, sprinklers, pipes, pumps, cabinets and detection systems. * Proactively execute post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering sustainable business relationships.
